SENIOR FITNESS
All Senior Fitness activities are free and open to the community. You do not have to be a parish member to participate.

WALKING: Monday thru Friday | 7 - 9 AM | St. Thomas Uhen Center Gym | No sign-up required.

Senior Fitness Jam! (Indoor): Senior Fitness Jam is a fun fitness class designed for senior men and women of all fitness levels. We’ll move to some catchy tunes while increasing flexibility, balance and strength! Modifications will be offered. 
Instructor: Carrie Nickel, R.N.

Session Runs January 7 through February 13th, Tuesdays and Thursdays | 10:30 - 11:30 AM in the
St. Thomas Gym. Sign Up Required. Limit 15 Participants. Open to all community seniors, 
parish membership not required.

SIGN UP FOR FITNESS JAM
 

Women's Wellness through Movement: Offered Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8:45 - 9:45 AM, January 14th through May 22nd in the St. Thomas Uhen Center. Sign-up is required, limited to 15 participants. A fun combination of Tai Chi, exploration of movement, and breathwork. It focuses on improving balance, breathing, relaxation, and increasing freedom of movement. Instructor: Gail Willert.

SIGN UP FOR WOMEN'S WELLNESS

 

Pickleball:  Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays | 9 AM - 1 PM | St. Thomas Uhen Center.  We will supply the nets and balls, participants will need to supply their own paddle. Beginners are welcome! No sign up required.

Pickleball may be canceled as needed for parish events or maintenance, which will be noted on the Parish Calendar.
