He was a lector for 50 years, founded the Aquinas Fund, was the Feasibility Chairman for building the new church, and a member of the St Thomas School Endowment Fund Committee. He was the Manager of Engineering Services at Briggs and Stratton Corp. Joan taught at St Thomas School for 12 yrs, was principal at St Charles School, and interim principal at St Thomas (twice). Lloyd and Joan both taught CCD for a short time, helped at the Country Fairs, chaired the CCHS Dinner Auction for 20 yrs, were members of the CCHS Roundtable, and members of the Juniper Serra Club. To date, we've received $40,000 towards the approximate $150,000 needed for our new HVAC System. Thank you for your generosity and prayers. We're still in the early stages of fundraising, but the HVAC replacement is becoming a priority. We recently had to make a $2,000 motor repair to prevent failure.
