Join us for our Senior Fitness Jam Spring Session! April 1st - May 15th | Tuesdays & Thursdays | 10:30 - 11:30 AM in the St. Thomas Uhen Center. This is a fun fitness class designed for senior men and women of all fitness levels. We'll move to some catchy tunes while increasing flexibility, balance, and strength! Bring a yoga mat for floor exercises or use a chair. Modifications will be offered. The class will be led by Carrie Nickel, RN. Class size is limited to fifteen participants. Join us for Women's Wellness classes in the St. Thomas Uhen Center. Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8:45 - 9:45 AM, January 14th thru May 22nd. This class is a fun combination of Tai Chi, exploration of movement and breathwork. It focuses on improving balance, breathing, relaxation, and increasing freedom of movement. Wear gym shoes and something that you'll be comfortable in, and which doesn't restrict your movement. The class will be led by Gail Willert. Limit 15 participants.
