Thank you to everyone that volunteered food and helped to serve the Love Inc. meals. We received a beautiful thank you card from the staff and placed it by the sign-up book, stop by to take a look. St. Clare will serve on the following Wednesdays this summer: May 22, June 26, July 24 and August 28. The sign-up book is located in the narthex.

In conjunction with the Indy 500 race on Memorial Day Weekend, May 25 & 26, we will launch our Undie 500 Campaign! New underwear and socks for men, women and children are always needed. They are among the most requested clothing items. The House of Peace distributes them through their Capuchin Clothes Closet. St. Ben’s Community Meal guests who use the shower program are given new underwear and socks after their shower. There will be a receptacle in the narthex at St. Clare for your donations through June 23rd. Thank you!

The annual St. Thomas Country Fair is right around the corner and will again be a fun event for the whole family! St. Thomas would like to thank and recognize all of our amazing volunteers who do so much for our parish. You are all much appreciated! Archbishop Jerome Listecki has appointed Fr. Steve K. Varghese as the pastor of St. Thomas Aquinas and St. Clare effective June 18th. Since 2012, Father Steve has been the pastor of St. Joseph and St. John Nepomuk parishes in Racine.
